The 2026 Nashville Field Guide

A considered manual exploring the makers, creators, and brands that define modern men’s style in Nashville.

Why a Field Guide?

The intention of The Nashville Field Guide is threefold: to celebrate the exceptional work happening here, to strengthen the relationships that have grown through our events and shared experiences, and to champion and steward the stories that deserve to be told.

The guide also features five editorial features highlighting standout brands and individuals shaping Nashville’s menswear landscape. Each was selected for their distinct point of view and commitment to craft - offering a deeper look at the people behind the work.

  • “Quality whispers. When a shoes is well made, most of the work is invisible.”

    —Edward Jones, Edward’s Shoes

  • “At the core, I hope people buy from me for the same reason I wear my own work or support other independent makers — I like the design, I like the material, I appreciate how it's made, and I want to fill my wardrobe with more pieces like it.”

    —Kelsey Hall, Studio Kelsey

  • “What’s today? Wednesday? Next up for me is making bandanas on Thursday. And Friday. And Saturday. And Sunday….”

    —Thomas Petillo, One Feather Press

  • “My work has never been about chasing trends - it’s about creating something that makes people feel. If you walk away with a reaction, a spark, or a memory, then the piece did exactly what it was meant to do.”

    —Joshua Blevins, Idiot Savant

  • “I only make things I’d wear myself and the harder something is to make, the more I want to figure it out. I try to block out the noise and just do what feels honest.”

—Aaron Taylor, Willie Taylor & Co.
